The SARTOROM calibration laboratory has a RENAR-accreditation, certificate no.: LE - 016/ 05.07.2010.

At our facilities in the Timisoara area, village Sanmihaiu German, resides our ISO 17025 accredited pipette and liquid handling calibration laboratory.

Head of the calibration laboratory is Mr. Razvan Dehalt, appointed by means of decision and subordinate directly to the Administrator of the company.
Quality Assurance Manager of the calibration laboratory is Mrs. Simona Anghel, appointed by means of decision and mandated to ensure the permanent implementation and compliance with the quality management system.
The calibration laboratory disposes of authorized management and technical staff and the resources necessary to fulfil its assignments to identify any potential deviations from the Quality Management System or from the specific calibration procedures, as well as to initiate actions to prevent and minimize the consequences of such incidents.
The laboratory staff may not be off time paid employee of calibration clients or other calibration laboratories.
At the same time, in order to motivate the staff, the remuneration is independent of the number of realized calibrations, being influenced only by the work quality.
The head of the laboratory is responsible for the technical activities.
The technical calibration staff of the laboratory is not allowed to perform any repair or other service works on the equipment to be calibrated.
In case of notice of any damage of an instrument to be calibrated, the person in charge with the calibration will request the engagement of a member of the service department of SARTOROM.
After completion of the necessary repairs by the service staff, the person in charge with the calibration will resume the calibration work only after receiving the approval of the head of the calibration laboratory.
