Sartorom, the first laboratory equipment company founded after 1989, with fully Romanian capital, celebrates 33 years of activity in Romania. Our services focus on delivering complete solutions for laboratories in all industries, including research and development, production or quality control. We are the first supplier of laboratory instruments in Romania to be ISO 9001 certified and ISO 17025 accredited as a calibration lab.

Founded in 1991, Sartorom has developed in a sustainable manner and has important achievemets, such as the setting up of a mobile service unit for laboratory equipment. Sartorom was the first private company in Romania to be accredited according to ISO 17025 for performing calibrations for mechanical testing machines, extensometers and calorimeters. SARTOROM is the only company authorized by BRML according to SR EN ISO / CEI 17025: 2018 - 035/21 which performs, for performing metrological verifications on cereal humidity meters, standard tests performed in the SARTOROM RENAR accredited testing laboratory according to SR EN ISO / CEI 17025: 2018 - LI 1094/2020. We are the only ones that test the standard samples with accredited test reports and do not look for samples of uncertain origin with the parameters for measuring the uncertainties.

Over time, the company has developed solid departments such as sales, service, calibration laboratory (ISO 17025) and metrological verification laboratories, in total 45 employees. In terms of team expertise, this is reflected in areas such as agriculture, food and feed, automotive production, plastics and composites, aviation and aerospace, rolling stock, steel, chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetics, academia, medicine and public health care. Our team works nationally in Bucharest and in the regional offices in Cluj, Timișoara, Iasi, Craiova, Navodari, but also internationally by performing calibrations in Bulgaria, Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova.

We are proud of our progress and the fact that we have achieved our financial objectives of a turnover of EUR 7 million, that we have managed to build calibration laboratories in all Romanian regions and that we have created a united team. Sartorom is launching this year's customer portal integrated into the new website, which will have an intuitive browsing style, richer content and easy-to-use online tools.
