Benefits of the Customer Portal

REGISTRATION is the most important step. The user will complete a Customer Portal Request form signed and stamped by the company administrator. Following registration and confirmation by the Sartorom team, the user can have personalised content.
After registration, the user has access to his/her account and can view and process several sections:
- Order history, where orders have been placed
- Invoices, if there are orders
- Contracts
- The devices benefit from calibration, metrological verification, service, maintenance, repairs, etc. depending on the device. We have created in this portal the possibility of programming a service required by the device
- Account details
- Settings such as changing the password in the section My account > Security settings
