Sartorom is the only distributor of equipment in Romania that offers its customers complete after-sales services, standardization in RENAR accredited regime, metrological verifications, upgrades, IQ/OQ/validations, periodic maintenance.

In this respect, in order to help the customers even more, we provide them free of charge the Client Portal, accessible through the Sartorom website, the, created specifically to keep track of the instruments in the customer's fleet of devices and the maturity of services, as well as all related documents. Thus, the customer has 24/7 access to the bookkeeping:

  •     contracts of sale or services
  •     offers and order confirmations
  •     invoices
  •     instruments, serial number, year of manufacture, internal inventory number
  •     on each instrument the metrological checker/calibrating certificates/warranty certificates/verbal processes of maintenance or repair
  •     automatic email notifications one month before the expiration of any document
