The technical department repairs all equipment sold by Sartorom or produced by the companies it represents. Repairs and replacements of parts during the warranty period are free of charge and are carried out in the Sartorom service. For equipment that is no longer under warranty, repairs or spare parts required for repairs will be provided on request and against payment. We guarantee that the defect will be repaired by personnel trained by the manufacturing companies, that only original parts, technology and equipment supplied by the manufacturer will be used, as well as standards checked and certified by authorised bodies, that a warranty period will be granted for the replaced parts and the corresponding workmanship, that the repaired appliances will be reinstalled at the customer's premises, and that the user personnel will be retrained, if necessary. Intervention and repair times are also much shorter for beneficiaries with service contracts.
