- the moisture content is crucial for determination of the correct harvesting time

Comes with calibrations for grains, oilseeds and wet corn. The menu offers the possibility of calculating the average value from the sequence of measured values.

 

Measuring ranges of the portable hygrometer HE lite:

- wheat, barley, rye, oats, triticale 9 - 35 %

- rape 5 - 25 %

- corn 8 - 45%

- sunflower seeds 5 - 25 %

The HE lite grain moisture meter comes in a carrying case that includes all the necessary accessories: batteries, brush and measuring cell cleaning brush.

The HE lite moisture meter is not intended for commercial transactions.

 

      2. Hecto grain tester

Cereal chondrometer Hecto ½ l, with stainless steel digital control scale.

Hectoliter scale and hectoliter cylinder

 

Function: Insert the cut-off slide into the Chondrometer. Insert plunger weight and pour in the grain sample. Pull out the cut-off slide quickly. The plunger weight and the grain fall into the bottom part of the Chondrometer. Cut the volume exactly using the cut-off slide. Pour out surplus grain and weigh the contents on the compact digital balance. The bulk density (kg/hl) of the different grain types is then determined on the basis of the provided calibration chart.

Particularly suitable for farmers, universities and field testing. The Hecto grain tester is not compliant with the current Standard Weights and Measures Law !

 

3. GT 1 temperature measuring probe

- is robust, made from a strong yet lightweight fiberglass rod with a temperature sensor at the tip and electronic temperature display on the handle. It is used for fast and reliable grain temperature measurement even in temporary storage. The temperature probe GT1 is intended for temperature control of bulk products such as cereals, oilseeds, as well as for bales of hay or straw. The temperature can be measured at a depth of up to 1.5 m.

Measuring range: -10 to +70
