    The videoXtens biax 2-150 HP is the first and only optical measuring system that meets the requirements for the determination of the tensile modulus and the Poisson number according to ISO 527-1 (Appendix B and C). It can also test fiber composites without markings, which saves a great deal of time and money.

    This test solution was specially developed for the needs of composite tests. With this one test system you cover the typical applications for composite testing. Due to the high accuracy, you can determine tensile modulus and Poisson number according to the high requirements of ISO 527-1 (Appendix B / C). This is also possible under temperature, as the system offers a unique accuracy of 1 µm below temperature in the ZwickRoell temperature control chamber.

    You get comparable test results: Whether tests at ambient temperature or in the ZwickRoell temperature chamber, whether determining a module in the initial range or all values until it breaks, the same test system is always used without hardware changes. This also saves time.

    You save even more time and costs because the videoXtens can check without any markings. No sample marking is required for non-transparent fiber composites. Due to the blue contrast light, the structure of the sample surface can be used to set virtual measuring marks via the software.
